- — Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $50; under $50 it is calculated at checkout.
- — Orders are dispatched from Australia within 1–2 business days.
- — You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
- — Direct orders currently ship within Australia. International customers: Australian Glow is stocked worldwide via Revolve (US) and Amazon — direct international shipping is on the roadmap.

- — Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
- — To start a return, email hello@australianglow.com with your order number — we'll reply with the return address and steps.
- — Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return arriving back to us.
- — If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us straight away and we'll make it right — no need to post anything back first.
